About Gabrielle Riggin
Education
Gabrielle Riggin is a journalism graduate from California Baptist University, earning her degree in April 2025. She double-minored in Creative Writing and Spanish, and was inducted into the Omega Phi Chapter of Sigma Delta Pi, the National Collegiate Hispanic Honor Society at CBU.
She is passionate about storytelling, publishing, and digital media, and is continually seeking opportunities to grow both creatively and professionally.
Work Experience
Riggin served as Editor-in-Chief of CBU’s student-run, award-winning publication, The Banner, which earned 1st Place for “Best Newspaper” at the College Media Association Awards in New York.
Her experience spans writing, editing, leadership, and digital communications. She has worked extensively in content production, social media, and web optimization, and holds certifications in SEO and Social Media Marketing. She has also expanded into graphic design and is certified in Adobe Creative Cloud.
